In times of social distancing, we want to make service inquiries and payments as easy as possible for customers.
What better way to do this than to give back to our customers while encouraging online bill pay and paperless billing!
Sign up for our SmartHub and/or paperless billing options by June 25, 2020, and we’ll give you a one-time $10 bill credit for each on your July bill!
Our SmartHub gives customers the ability to pay their bills online, manage their account, view billing history and more! Here’s how to get signed up:
- Visit online logantele.smarthub.coop.
- Click on Sign up to access our Self Service site.
- You will be asked to enter your billing account number, last four digits of your social security number, and the amount of your last bill.
- Complete the appropriate fields and click submit.
- You now have a SmartHub account and will be able to pay your bill online.
- Once signed in, go ahead and sign up for paperless billing, then install the app onto your smartphone!
