AUBURN 3rd GRADE VISIT MUSEUM
WITH THEIR TEACHERS

Every one of the 83 children of Auburn 3rd Grade enjoyed
their tour of the Library & Museum. This is an
experience that will remain with many of these children
throughout their lives.

Dear Friends of Auburn Historical Society:
It's August and past due time to renew your Auburn Historical Society
membership. We thank you for your support in the past and sincerely ask for
your support once again in order that we might continue to work to make the
Auburn Museum and Historical Village even better.
The membership fee is $10.00 per person yearly. Membership includes free
admittance to the Museum through out the year.

As of week commencing Monday August 4, 2008 the Opening Hours will be
as follows:
Monday thru Friday 1:00-4:00 pm
Closed Saturday & Sunday

2007-2008 Membership Drive:
Thank you. Your response to this years membership has been
wonderful. As we stand we have 150 members including Corporate, Business &
Individual membership.
The 2008-2009 Membership Drive has just commenced. Please join and help
this great effort.

Mission Statement
The Auburn Museum's major function will be to discover, collect, preserve and
exhibit materials which will help to establish or illustrate the history of
Auburn and the surrounding communities. Preserving Auburn's history is the
Society's broad purpose. More specifically it strives top promote the
cultural and educational needs of its residents through community awareness.
