Hayes Home

Tommy & Emily Hayes Home
729 Montgomery Road
Auburn
KY 42206
Tommy and Emily moved into their two story red
brick home in august, 2003. It is located on the farm purchased from Emily’s
mother.
The home is designed with a formal living room
and dining room at the front of the house. It has three bedrooms with a bonus
room over the garage used as an additional bedroom and television room. As they
enjoy having family and friends into their home, it was important that they have
room to move about and eat together. The kitchen, sunroom, and dining room
provide ample eating space for guests. The den, in the center of the home,
offers space to relax and be the hub of the house. An unusual feature of the
house is the open balcony which is over the front foyer and looks down into the
den.
A sunroom was added to the house plan giving this
part of the house a view of the outdoors and a feeling of relaxation and
comfort.
Pardue Home

Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Pardue and Sons
1355 Montgomery Road
Auburn
KY 42206
This traditional style home was started in August
of 1996 and moved into March 1997.
Living in a country setting and living close to
family was always a priority.
The story and a half home features nine foot
ceilings downstairs. The downstairs includes the master bedroom and bath, den
with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and utility. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a
bath, and a game room/playroom.
The home is decorated very traditionally with a
mixture of the old and the new with several pieces passed down from Dennis’s
parents.
The Pardue family extends a warm welcome.
Taylor Home

Tim & Joyce Taylor
Ashley and Katherine
2056 Montgomery Road
Auburn, KY 42206
The Taylor family chose a beautiful lot on Tim’s
dad’s farm to build their symmetrical style country home completed in August
2003.
Their home consists of three stories. The main
floor has a family room featuring a fireplace, living room, dining room,
kitchen, utility room, and master bedroom with bath. Also on the main floor are
the girls’ bedrooms with a unique adjoining closet and their own bathroom. They
enjoyed choosing their own décor.
The family enjoys a full basement used for
entertaining and storage decorated with a collection of “coke” items. On the
second floor, there is a study, playroom, bathroom, and guest bedroom.
The house was designed with the help of Jonathan
Hughes. Boyce Lowery built their home and also completed the interior work such
as hardwood floors, crown molding, and tile. Custom-built oak cabinets by
Chapels are located throughout the home.
The Taylor family enjoys living closer to family
and friends after spending fifteen years at Lake Malone. They would like to
invite you as a guest to help celebrate the Holiday Season.
